You could argue I'm wrong, but then I am not. Chocolate is also a vegetable and pizza is a massive crouton in a salad with cheese and other various ingredients. An octopus is a pet (see where I'm going?).

Hygiene & Intention
This is, perhaps, an uncommon association of words, but that's why I am here, to break your patterns 😉 It is my bias to enhance the importance of the unseen (our mind), as the place where everything else originates. As such, I'd like to say that as important as the consistency in our physical training, vocal exercises and nutrition, are also our hygiene habits and intentions that go along with them. All of these things are, of course, frequencies at different rates of vibration.
My Morning Medicine
We all have our routines. Then you end up doing it, no matter what, until it becomes… Continue reading My Morning Medicine
What it takes
We think we know it all. Yes, I am talking to myself, humble book enthusiast and knowledge-seeker of many disciplines, I, who call myself a never-ending learner. Maybe you relate. The more layers of pain you're able to withstand, the stronger you become. Why people complain about pain? There's nothing wrong with it: it's a feature for improvement and it's free!… Continue reading The feeling of pain
How we Grow
I am always wondering about the why behind things, trying to understand them. This is great for me and for those seeking inspiration/knowledge, but our society in general despises truth, maybe because it's hard to confront, or because it threatens people's comforts and illusionary power. I want to believe, though, that this is changing, and… Continue reading How we Grow
