Losing Fat, Thoughts & Healing

"I want to lose fat on my belly but not on my boobs", "I want to get rid of my love handles", "I want to build more muscle in my arms and back" - typical requests from PT clients. Mainstream science says that you cannot lose fat in the places you want. Aside from your nutrition, activity and gender (some would say race too but I include that in your genetic footprint), the body has a pattern, a map, determined by your genes, where you are more likely to deposit fat tissue and store water, and places where you are more predominant to 'build' muscle. Now, the purpose of this article is to go beyond this basic piece of 3D knowledge 🙂 We are constantly moving, changing, evolving, a fact determined by how we react to our surroundings and events through our emotions and feelings. It is possible to be born with a tendency to store fat on your thighs and override that pattern in your 50s through a change in your behaviours, thoughts, reactions and habits. The Unseen & DNA

"It's all a holographic projection of our minds" - At the time, 14 years ago, I did not fully comprehend it but I knew it was true, I had a massive 'aha!' moment. We create myths and call them mysteries when we can't find a logical, explainable (5 senses 'proved') reason of its existence or behaviour. But let me tell you: there are no mysteries, as long as you don't fear knowing. We encase ourselves in myths when we fear truth. But everything, absolutely everything, has a mental - I won't say scientific- explanation. And I know only a bit about that.

Pulling the finger out of your actual ass

It is fuckin' time. We live in a nursery society where we haven't grown past age 5. We have to be extremely careful with things, just in case. We have to do as everyone else does, just in case. We have to watch our words not to offend others, just in case. We look up at people who 'have a name', just in case. We have to say sorry when someone else steps on our foot. FUCK THAT. Where did we leave our strength, honour, resilience and sovereignty?

What you eat is what you think

Think about it. You eat something, which separates into nutrients, and then chemical elements. Those go into your blood and cells and build your body. They become you. If they are mostly aluminum, you'll be Wizard of Oz's Tin Man 🙂 and if they are mostly oxygen, or carbon, you'll be an organic person 🙂 . It's quite easy to comprehend. In the same manner, if you eat acidic foods, you'll get acid thoughts.
