Even I am scared of my own blog. The small act of picking up the pen and pouring down my feelings brings about buried emotions that once killed me with pain, the illusions and dreams that never were, this intense love that never goes away.
50/50
You had all the reasons to trust me blindly, however you chose to betray me, hurt me, break my spirit in irreparable ways. I had all the reasons not to trust you, however I chose to give you chances and love you unconditionally.
Pure
As the morning frost, she was pure. No agendas. No malicious intentions. No requisites. No prerequisites. She was full of talent. She was full of light. She had it all. A passionate, loving heart. Strong, courageous, deep and true. She just was. She was so pure that she couldn't see it. That's why many hated her, wanted to bring her down, destroy her.
Losing Fat, Thoughts & Healing
"I want to lose fat on my belly but not on my boobs", "I want to get rid of my love handles", "I want to build more muscle in my arms and back" - typical requests from PT clients. Mainstream science says that you cannot lose fat in the places you want. Aside from your nutrition, activity and gender (some would say race too but I include that in your genetic footprint), the body has a pattern, a map, determined by your genes, where you are more likely to deposit fat tissue and store water, and places where you are more predominant to 'build' muscle. Now, the purpose of this article is to go beyond this basic piece of 3D knowledge 🙂 We are constantly moving, changing, evolving, a fact determined by how we react to our surroundings and events through our emotions and feelings. It is possible to be born with a tendency to store fat on your thighs and override that pattern in your 50s through a change in your behaviours, thoughts, reactions and habits. Sweet Voiced Rose
If I could, perhaps, close my eyes and dive deep, I would find that girl with the soft sweet voice that once defined me.
Food is a Drug
All food is drugs. Anything that you can possibly put into your body is a drug. When you eat, you aren't really nourishing yourself in the way you think, you are actually feeding the bacteria in your gut. The more toxic your gut is, the more you 'crave' food, usually the most toxic foods, it's not 'you' who is hungry, it's your bacteria wanting to be fed. As you start eating healthier, or fasting, you accustom the bad bacteria to no food, and to eventually die, leaving you clean and without cravings or the unnecessary need to eat.
